Greetings.
We would like to take this time to thank you for your business in the past years. We feel fortunate to have the privilege to offer goods and services to you and are thankful you have chosen us. It takes each and every customer to make our business successful.
We are enduring some major changes this year and would like to take this time to share them with you. We are expanding our business by moving to a new location. We have purchased land for a new building with hopes to begin the actual building process shortly. With this move, we decided to take on the Yamaha brand of ATV’s, Street Motorcycles, Off-Road Motorcycles and Scooters, with the possible addition of Watercraft. We have not had the opportunity to sell motorcycles, with the exception of the Polaris Victory motorcycles, which we no longer carry. We received the news from Yamaha recently that they have accepted our application. We are looking forward to the addition of these products, as Yamaha is a distinguished company with eminent products.
We therein submitted our request for relocation and future business plan to Polaris and Honda. This gives them the opportunity to dictate their requirements for changes made within our business. Each company has guidelines to be followed in order to proceed in dealing their products. Unfortunately, after reviewing our future business plan, Honda has decided to terminate our dealer agreement. Their philosophy and long-term goal for all dealers is to be exclusively Honda, dealing in absolutely NO other brands. It is not in our best interest to drop our other product lines to be an exclusive Honda dealership; therefore, resulting in the termination of our dealer agreement. We understand this may come as disappointing news to many of you. Honda undoubtedly produces an outstanding line of ATV’s and we are sorry to no longer have the opportunity to sell them We value your business greatly and hope to have the opportunity to continue serving you. We truly believe that with the industry-leading franchises of Polaris and Yamaha, we are capable of providing you with impressive products and service.
We will continue to service all Honda’s, as we do every brand. All warranty work can be done at any Honda dealership; however, we will NOT be able to do this for you. We will have access to Honda parts through another Honda dealership, whom we’ve dealt closely with over the years. You can always rely on us for parts and service on your Honda ATV…anything but warranty work.
We are very excited about the upcoming changes in our business and hope to have you along for the ride. We take pride in selling and servicing our products. We are starting our 12 th year in business this year and hope to have many more. We look forward to any comments or questions you may have. Thank you again for your business!
